I’m so thankful for Ashley. A lot of my hurdles were mental due to the fear of the food I was eating and it having a negative effect. She listened to my worries and fears and was very patient with me. She was always professional and tailored each session according to where I was at and what I was okay handling. Do it. Take this step. It was really difficult to seek help when diagnosed with an eating disorder or disordered eating, and there's so much misinformation out there, but Ashley can help.
